To develop light-stimulated synaptic transistors (LSSTs) based on inorganic halide perovskite quantum dots (IHP QDs) and organic semiconductors (OSCs) that can respond to light signals in a neuron-/synapse-like fashion, enhancing computational speed for artificial intelligent systems.

1:Experimental Design and Method Selection
The study utilized a solution process to fabricate LSSTs by blending IHP QDs and OSCs to improve charge separation efficiency and induce delayed decay of the photocurrent.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources
CsPbBr3 QDs were synthesized by thermal injection method and blended with PQT-12, a soluble polymer semiconductor, to form the light-absorbing and charge transport layer.
3:List of Experimental Equipment and Materials
Materials included Oleic acid, oleylamine, 1-octadecene, Cs2CO3, PbBr2, and PQT-12. Equipment included a Cary 60 UV–vis spectrometer, F-7000 spectrophotometer, DX-2700 X-ray diffractometer, JEOL JEM-2100F transmission electron microscope, and Keithley 4200 SCS for electrical measurements.
4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow
Devices were fabricated on silicon wafers with SiO2, modified with OTS, and spin-coated with the PQT-12/CsPbBr3 QDs hybrid solution. Gold electrodes were evaporated onto the films.
5:Data Analysis Methods
Electrical performances were measured in air at room temperature. UV–vis absorption spectra, PL spectra, and XRD were used for characterization.
