研究目的
To improve the wear resistance of 62Cu-38Zn brass by fabricating bionic coupling units using laser cladding with Ni-based, Fe-based, and Co-based self-fluxing alloy powders, and to analyze their microstructures, chemical composition, and mechanical properties.
研究成果
Ni-based, Fe-based, and Co-based units were successfully fabricated on brass surface using laser cladding, showing good metallurgical bonding and fine dendritic microstructures. The Ni-based alloy powders provided the best wear resistance among the samples, with microhardness significantly higher than the substrate. The study demonstrates the effectiveness of laser cladding in improving the wear resistance of brass alloys.
研究不足
The study focuses on the wear resistance improvement of 62Cu-38Zn brass through laser cladding, but the high thermal conductivity and low absorptivity of copper alloys pose challenges for laser treatment. The study does not explore the long-term durability or performance under varying environmental conditions.
