研究目的
To develop a simple template-free vapor transfer approach to synthesize MAPbI3 nanowires on various substrates for optoelectronic devices.
研究成果
A simple synthesis method for MAPbI3 nanowires has been successfully developed. The as-synthesized samples were high crystalline MAPbI3 nanowires. The density and diameter of MAPbI3 nanowires could be easily tuned by the thickness of PbI2 film. The optoelectronic application of our final product was realized by assembling the MAPbI3 nanowires into a photodetector.
研究不足
The reaction time during the VTM may not be sufficient to complete the reaction from PbI2 to MAPbI3 due to the dense surface of nanowires.
1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
A template-free vapor transfer method was used to synthesize MAPbI3 nanowires. PbI2 nanowires were prepared by a self-assembled procedure where PbI2 film was recrystallized and converted to nanowires structure with the exposure of dimethylacetamide (DMAC) vapor.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources:
PbI2 film was deposited on glass substrates via thermal evaporation.
3:List of Experimental Equipment and Materials:
Thermal evaporation system, DMAC solution, MAI powder, Au interdigital electrodes.
4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
PbI2 thin films were sealed into a container with DMAC solution for nanowires cultivation. After 12 hours of growth of PbI2 nanowires, VTM was performed to obtained MAPbI3 nanowires.
5:Data Analysis Methods:
The samples were characterized by optical microscopy, SEM, XRD, and PL.
