研究目的
To summarize recent advances and perspectives in organic and hybrid organic-inorganic flexible optoelectronics, focusing on materials, device structures, and manufacturing processes for large-scale roll-to-roll (R2R) processable and 3D printed flexible electronics and optoelectronics.
研究成果
Research in flexible optoelectronics has made rapid progress in developing novel materials, device architecture engineering, and optimizing device fabrication manufacturing. However, the performance of large-scale optoelectronic devices needs improvement. Emerging manufacturing techniques, such as 3D printing, may open up new applications in flexible optoelectronics.
研究不足
The performance of large-scale optoelectronic devices lags behind that of laboratory small-area devices. Improvements are needed in device efficiency and lifetimes, as well as in lowering the cost of devices. There is also a need to improve module efficiencies and translate lab-scale fabrication to industrial processing.
