1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
The study employs a sandwich ECL immunoassay using silver-cysteine nanowires as the capture probe and a composite of amino-modified reduced graphene oxide and nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dots as the signal probe.

Human serum samples were used to evaluate the immunoassay's applicability.

5:Data Analysis Methods:
ECL signals were carried out with MPI-ECL analyzer, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy was measured on a CHI660D electrochemical workstation.
