研究目的
To provide an overview of the latest development and application of optical fiber sensors (OFS) based slope deformation monitoring, focusing on Fiber Bragg grating (FBG) based sensing and monitoring technology and Distributed optical fiber sensors (DOFS) Brillouin Optical Time Domain Reflectometry (BOTDR) and Brillouin Optical Time Domain Analysis (BOTDA) for slope monitoring, and to discuss current challenges in implementing the OFS-based slope monitoring technology.
研究成果
The paper concludes that optical fiber sensors (OFS) have unique advantages for slope deformation monitoring, including immunity to electromagnetic interference, remote transmission, and high sensitivity. However, there are challenges in implementing OFS-based slope monitoring technology, such as precise location of deformation areas, sensor design, and installation methods. Future research should focus on overcoming these challenges to enhance the application of OFS in slope monitoring.
研究不足
The paper discusses the challenges in implementing OFS-based slope monitoring technology, including the difficulty in locating the deformation area of slope precisely, packaging and installation method, sensor design, and optical loss. It also mentions the limitations of traditional instruments and the need for further research to overcome these challenges.
