研究目的
Investigating the therapeutic effects of a specific herbal medicine on a particular disease.
研究成果
The proposed BC-SOS-LPME method coupled with HPLC-UV can be successfully applied to the extraction and analysis of trace levels of the active compounds in real TCMs. It eliminates the negative effects caused by viscosity and ion strength due to the increase in salt concentration in sample phase and maximizes the extraction effect by focusing the salting-out effect on a small area.
研究不足
The technical and application constraints of the experiments, as well as potential areas for optimization, were not explicitly mentioned in the paper.
1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
The study proposed a new ballpoint connector-protected salt-oil-salt liquid phase microextraction for extraction and enrichment of trace rhein and chrysophanol in rhubarb prior to determination by high performance liquid chromatography.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources:
Rhubarb was purchased from Beijing Tongrentang Drugstore.
3:List of Experimental Equipment and Materials:
Shimadzu high performance liquid chromatograph, magnetic stirrer with a heater, ballpoint connector, n-octanol, sodium chloride, and other reagents.
4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
The ballpoint connector was filled with n-octanol and covered with a thin layer of sodium chloride film. The extraction and enrichment of target analytes were performed under optimized conditions.
5:Data Analysis Methods:
The analytes were separated on a Hypersil ODS column and detected by ultraviolet detection.
