研究目的
Investigating the dynamic backscattering halo effect of pulsed laser beams in thin layers of scattering media.
研究成果
Dynamic backscattering halo in thin layers has been modeled. An approximate theory that qualitatively explains the onset of the dynamic halo effect in thin layers in terms of a two-component light field model is proposed. Satisfactory compliance of this model with the results of numerical calculations using statistical modeling is shown.
研究不足
The use of the transport approximation leads to significant errors in media with a minimum optical size of the problem, not exceeding the transport length, and is justified in the range of critical values of h.
