The as-prepared Eu3+ doped CPM glass effectively shifts NUV light to longer wavelengths, matching the absorption peak of silicon solar cells, thereby improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency. The combination of downshifting and antireflection functions in the glass contributes to a net increase in PCE.
研究不足
The study is limited by the cost and feasibility of doping higher concentrations of Eu3+ ions in industrial applications. The light scattering effect after downshifting of NUV light by Eu3+ doped glass also presents a challenge.
