研究目的
To develop a highly sensitive electrochemiluminescence resonance energy transfer (ECL-RET) biosensor for the detection of ovarian cancer biomarker LSR using Ru(bpy)3 2+ as the donor and CdZnSe@ZnSe quantum dots as the acceptor.
研究成果
The developed ECL-RET biosensor demonstrated high sensitivity and specificity for the detection of LSR, with a wide linear range and low detection limit. This approach has significant potential for clinical ovarian cancer screening.
研究不足
The study does not discuss the potential interference from other biomarkers or the stability of the biosensor over long periods.
1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
The study designed an ECL-RET system using Ru(bpy)3 2+ as the donor and CdZnSe@ZnSe QDs as the acceptor. TiO2 MOFs were used to enhance the loading of Ru(bpy)3 2+ and Envision complex was employed to immobilize CdZnSe@ZnSe QDs.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources:
The biosensor was tested with various concentrations of LSR in serum samples.
3:List of Experimental Equipment and Materials:
The materials included Ru(bpy)3 2+, CdZnSe@ZnSe QDs, TiO2 MOFs, Envision complex, and H2O
4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
The biosensor was fabricated by modifying a glassy carbon electrode with Ab-Ru(bpy)3 2+@TiO2 MOFs, followed by incubation with LSR and Envision-CdZnSe@ZnSe QDs/LSR bioconjugates.
5:Data Analysis Methods:
The ECL responses were measured and analyzed to determine the concentration of LSR.
