研究目的
Investigating the charge transfer improvement of ZnO-based dye-sensitized solar cells modified with graphite nanosheets and bilayer photoelectrode structures.
研究成果
DSSCs fabricated with the GZnO NPs/ZnO bilayer-based photoelectrode exhibited a maximum short circuit current density (Jsc) of 9.185 mA/cm2 and a maximum power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 2.37%, which was higher than for the other devices. The main enhancement of the PCE could be attributed to an increased charge transfer through the photoelectrode layer.
研究不足
The study focuses on the charge transfer mechanism and does not explore other potential efficiency losses in DSSCs.
