Pelargonidin-benzothiadiazole cyanoacrylate is the best modification based on molecular electron density, HOMO-LUMO energy, VRP, bond lengths, and spectra. However, pelargonidin without modification has the highest LHE value.

4:40 GHz with RAM 8GB, NWChem, Avogadro, ECCE, and ChemCraft. Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
Structures were optimized using NwChem, and visualizations were done using ECCE and ChemCraft.

Analysis was based on bond length, spectra, molecular electron density, LHE, VRP, and HOMO-LUMO energy.
