The study successfully demonstrated a novel approach to prepare efficient and stable all-inorganic PVSCs by forming a 0D/3D heterostructure consisting of Cs4PbI6 and CsPbI3, achieving a high power conversion efficiency of 16.39%. This method provides a new perspective for developing high-performance and stable all-inorganic PVSCs.
