The constructed Ce6-PTX@IR783 nanomedicine demonstrated high synergistically chemo-sonodynamic therapeutic efficacy both in vitro and in vivo, with high biodegradability, biocompatibility, and biosafety. The study provides a new strategy for high-efficient utilization of hydrophobic drugs and a simplified all-in-one theranostic nanosystem for tumor diagnosis and treatment.

1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
The study utilized hydrophilic-hydrophobic self-assembly technology to assemble hydrophobic organic dye Ce6 and broad spectral anti-cancer agent Paclitaxel with hydrophilic organic dye IR783 to generate nanoscale sonosensitizer, Ce6-PTX@IR

7 4T1 breast cancer cells were used for in vitro experiments, and 4T1-tumor-bearing mice were used for in vivo experiments.
