The proposed conductance matrix or equivalent circuit representation for materials with SHE extends previous four component circuit models to include materials with SHE, providing a modular approach for various structures in spintronic applications. The conductance matrices can reconstruct standard results in SHE, ISHE, and SMR, and provide simple models for understanding spin injection into semiconductors and enhancement of spin injection by introducing a spin ground. An elemental conductance matrix for a small cube is presented for building any arbitrarily shaped structure, suitable for numerical modeling.
