研究目的
Investigating the outage performance for cognitive two-way relay networks under the primary user’s interference, considering the links from the primary transmitter to secondary receivers.
研究成果
The paper concludes that network placement planning is crucial for achieving better outage performance in cognitive two-way relay networks with opportunistic relay selection. The position of relays significantly impacts performance, especially with a large number of relays. However, the position of the primary transmitter has a minimal impact when the relative position between primary and secondary systems is fixed. Increasing the number of relays can mitigate performance loss due to strong interference from the primary transmitter.
研究不足
The study assumes no direct link between secondary users and each node is equipped with a single antenna operating in half-duplex mode. The interference from primary transmitters to secondary receivers is considered, but practical challenges in obtaining channel side information of interfering channels are noted.
