1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
A one-step hydrothermal reaction was used to synthesize water-soluble C-Dots with citric acid as the carbon source and ethylene diamine as the nitrogen source. The C-Dots were then conjugated with anti-morphine antibody using glutaraldehyde as coupling reagents.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources:
Morphine hydrochloride, standard morphine, poppy shell, and hot pot soup samples were provided by Zhenjiang Institute for Drug Control. Anti-morphine antibody was provided by the laboratory.
