研究目的
To provide an overview of recent progress in inorganic perovskite solar cells (PSCs) in terms of lead-based and lead-free composition, discussing the physical properties of all-inorganic perovskite semiconductors and the hole/electron transporting materials to unveil the important role of composition engineering and interface modification, and to discuss the prospects and challenges for all-inorganic PSCs in the near future.
研究成果
The review concludes that all-inorganic halide perovskites have developed rapidly over the past three years and show great potential in photovoltaic applications. It highlights the need for further research to achieve higher power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) and solve structural stability issues, suggesting directions for future studies to enhance the performance of all-inorganic materials and devices.
研究不足
The paper discusses the challenges faced by all-inorganic PSCs, including large energy loss, ambient instability, crystal defects, Pb toxicity, weak theoretical foundation, and the need for further improvement in performance and stability.
