研究目的
Investigating the use of a novel bulky organic cation of 3-aminopropionitrile (3-APN) for constructing a pure 2D hybrid lead-iodide perovskite to improve the photovoltaic performance and stability of perovskite solar cells (PSCs).
研究成果
The use of 3-APN as an organic cation in pure 2D perovskites results in a stable layered structure with undistorted PbI6 octahedral geometry and dominant out-of-plane crystal orientation, leading to improved photovoltaic performance and excellent stability against humidity. This work demonstrates the potential of designing organic cations to enhance the efficiency and stability of pure 2D perovskite based PSCs.
研究不足
The study focuses on the pure 2D perovskite with n = 1, which, despite its excellent stability, has lower photovoltaic performance compared to 3D perovskites. The research also highlights the challenge of improving the efficiency of pure 2D perovskite based PSCs.
