研究目的
To evaluate the effects of different laser irradiations on the surface topography of zirconia-based ceramics samples.
研究成果
The study concluded that different laser irradiations significantly affect the surface topography of zirconia-based ceramics, with Nd-YAG laser producing the most regular surface and CO2 laser the most irregular. The use of MountainsMap? Premium software provided detailed analysis of surface properties.
研究不足
The study focuses on the surface topography changes induced by laser irradiation but does not explore the mechanical or chemical properties changes in depth.
1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
The study used copy milling technique for producing zirconia ceramic discs and applied different laser irradiations (Nd-YAG, Er-YAG, CO2) to modify their surfaces. AFM was used for surface characterization.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources:
75 discs of zirconia ceramic with 3 mm thickness and 7 mm diameter were prepared. Samples were divided into control and irradiated groups.
3:List of Experimental Equipment and Materials:
Nanoscope Multimode atomic force microscope, MountainsMap? Premium software, Nd-YAG, Er-YAG, and CO2 lasers.
4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
Samples were annealed, polished, and then irradiated with lasers. AFM images were taken in non-contact mode.
5:Data Analysis Methods:
Stereometric and fractal analyses were performed using MountainsMap? Premium software and ISO 25178-2:2012 standards.
