研究目的
To review the recent progress in the synthesis of g-C3N4 hydrogels and their composites, with the focus on photocatalytic reaction, including water splitting to generate H2 and O2 and environmental remediation.
研究成果
g-C3N4-based hydrogels exhibit a stable 3D porous framework, high mesoporosity, and high specific surface area, improving photocatalytic activity. However, challenges such as low efficiency in H2 generation and the need for effective crosslinkers and initiators remain. Future research should focus on modifying the electronic structure, improving charge separation, and developing rapid and effective synthesis methods.
研究不足
The efficiency of photocatalytic H2 generation from water is still low. The electron transfer in the internal connected path is hindered due to the low conductivity of the crosslinker. Light-initialized polymerization of g-C3N4 is not effective enough. Appropriate and effective crosslinkers and initiators are still lacking.
