Synthesis and improved photoluminescence of hexagonal crystals of Li <sub/>2</sub> ZrF <sub/>6</sub> :Mn <sup>4+</sup> for warm WLED application
摘要: Engineering compositions, structures, and defects can endow nanomaterials with optimized catalytic properties. Here, we report that cobalt oxide (CoOx) ultrathin nanosheets (UTNS, ~1.6 nm thick) with a large number of oxygen defects and mixed cobalt valences can be obtained through a facile one-step hydrothermal protocol. The large number of oxygen defects make the ultrathin CoOx nanosheet a superior OER catalyst with low overpotentials of 315 and 365 mV at current densities of 50 and 200 mA cm?2, respectively. The stable framework-like architectures of the UTNS further ensure their high OER activity and durability. Our method represents a facile one-step preparation of CoOx nanostructures with tunable compositions, morphologies, and defects, and thus promotes OER properties. This strategy may find its wider applicability in designing active, robust, and easy-to-obtain catalysts for OER and other electrocatalytic systems.

A novel Co(II) based multifunctional metal-organic framework: synthesis, fluorescence sensing and magnetic analysis
摘要: A new coordination Co(II) complex, namely, [Co2(DIPT)4(PClA)2Cl2]·H2O ( NCl-1 ) ( DIPT= 2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl) -1H-imidazo [4,5-f]-[1,10]phenanthroline, HPClA=3-(2-chlorophenyl)acrylie ) has been synthesized under solvothermal conditions and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, nitrogen adsorption analysis and powder X-ray diffraction. NCl-1 constructed by six coordinated mode with metal center and connected different ligands and ions, exhibits a three-dimensional structure under interactions of hydrogen bond and π-π stacking interactions. The luminescence explorations demonstrated that NCl-1 exhibits highly selective and sensitive sensing for organic solvents ( MeOH ) and metal ion ( Fe3+ ). Furthermore, magnetic analysis indicated that NCl-1 also own the property of anti ferromagnetic.

Effect of pH Adjustment on Hydrothermal Synthesis of Aluminum Doped Zinc Oxide
摘要: Aluminum doped zinc oxide (AZO) was synthesized with various pH adjustments reagent (ammonia, TMAH, TEAH and TPAH) by hydrothermal reaction. Regardless of the pH adjustment, the main product of the synthesized powders with 5?mol% Al was zinc oxide. However, the diffraction peaks of gahnite (ZnAl2O4) were detected in the sample prepared from the precursor solutions with TMAH, TEAH and TPAH as pH adjustment. The excellent absorption property in near-infrared (NIR) region was obtained in the synthesized powder with about 2?mol% Al using ammonia. Based on these results, the initial state of Zn and Al ion in precursor solution is thought to affect the crystal phase of the product in hydrothermal synthesis. The NIR absorption property was highly enhanced by using urea as the pH-shift reagent during hydrothermal reaction process.

Synthesis of Urchin-like and Yolk-shell TiO <sub/>2</sub> microspheres with enhanced photocatalytic properties
摘要: The novel urchin-like and yolk-shell titania microspheres (henceforth called UYTMs) with nanowires/microspheres hierarchical structures were successfully synthesized by a synthetic sol-gel and hydrothermal method without using any template. Uniform TiO2 microspheres were firstly prepared by the sol-gel method, and the great monodispersed properties was delicately regulated by using the surfactant of KCl, aniline and a proper amount of water. The urchin-like yolk-shell morphology was further achieved by a NaOH-assisted hydrothermal process, and the diameter and shell thickness of the UYTMs were highly controlled by the concentration of NaOH. The detailed morphology, chemical composition and crystallinity of the UYTMs were systematically characterized by several techniques, and the underlying formation mechanisms was attentively discussed as well. The photodegradation of methylthionine chloride experiments indicated the UYTMs showed much better photocatalytic activity than that of commercial P25. This is mainly because the UYTMs exhibited much more reactive sites, higher adsorption ability and tuned optical absorption behavior owing to their large specific surface area, hierarchical structures and the special hollow yolk-shell structure.

Synthesis and characterization of SDS assistant α-alumina structures and investigation of the effect of the calcination time on the morphology
摘要: In this paper, α-alumina structures were successfully prepared via hydrothermal synthesis supported with sodium dodecyl sulfonate anionic surfactant. The effect of the surfactant and the calcination time were investigated. The characterization of the samples calcinated at 1200 °C was performed using Raman spectroscopy, X-Ray Difraction analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, and scanning electron microscopy techniques. Experimental results showed that pure α-Al2O3 structures were obtained with different morphologies.

Synthesis and magnetic properties of Fe-doped CdS nanorods
摘要: Hexagonal CdS and Fe-doped CdS nanorods were synthesized by a facile hydrothermal method and characterized by X-ray diffraction, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, UV-vis absorption, photoluminescence and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The magnetic properties of undoped and Fe-doped CdS nanorods were investigated at room temperature. The experimental results demonstrate that the ferromagnetism of the Fe-doped CdS nanorods differ from that of the undoped CdS nanorods. The remanence magnetization (Mr) and the coercive field (Hc) of the Fe-doped CdS nanorods were 4.9×10-3 emu/g and 270.6 Oe, respectively, while photoluminescence properties were not influenced by doping. First-principle calculations show that the ferromagnetism in Fe-doped CdS nanocrystal arose not only from the Fe dopants but also from the Cd vacancies, although the main contribution was due to the Fe dopants.

摘要: The synthesis of carbon dots by hydrothermal method with external heating from precursors such as glucose, citric acid, birch bark soot, cowberry, blueberry, redcurrant, and blackbird cherry are investigated. The photoluminescence studies of these carbon dots at di?erent excitation wavelengths was held. It is shown that there is an e?ect of the shift of luminescence spectra intensity peaks with the increasing of excitation wavelengths. The presence of this e?ect open new perspectives for development of composite materials from carbon dots, starch, and epoxy, which can convert the light of the blue LED into the green.

Two new luminescent ternary Cd(II)-MOFs by regulation of aromatic dicarboxylate ligands used as efficient dual-responsive sensors for toxic metal ions in water
摘要: Two new Cd(II) metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) formulated as [Cd(L)(atpa)]n (1) and [Cd(L)(tbta)(H2O)]n (2) [H2atpa = 2-aminoterephthalic acid, H2tbta = tetrabromoterephthalic acid, L = 1,4-bis(benzimidazol-1-yl)-2-butene] were hydrothermally synthesized. 1-2 were characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. 1 displays a 3D framework with five-fold interpenetrating dia topology. 2 holds a 2D corrugated sql layer. Both MOFs were confirmed to be dual-responsive luminescent sensors (Cu2+ and Cr2O7 2- for 1, Hg2+ and Cr2O7 2- for 2) in water through the luminescence quenching experiments. The detection limits for these species were 1.2 μM (Cu2+) and 0.29 μM (Cr2O7 2-) of 1, 0.043 μM (Hg2+) and 0.13 μM (Cr2O7 2-) of 2, respectively. The luminescence quenching mechanism was investigated.

摘要: Boron nitride (BN) has attracted intense interests due to its excellent thermal conductivity and electrical insulation, which make it a promising thermal interface material for electronic packaging. Conventionally, the BN nanostructures were made from high cost method, e.g. chemical vapor deposition (CVD), which was restricted by the extremely high reaction temperature as well as the expensive instruments. Herein, a facile hydrothermal method was presented, where the catalysts were used to tune the phase and morphologies of the BN products starting from the boron and nitrogen sources. With different catalysts, the phase of the products could be changed from the orthorhombic to cubic BN, and the morphology underwent an evolution from nanorods to nanoflowers. The results are of great significance for the large-scale fabrication of BN nanostructures in a low cost.

One-step introduction of metallic Bi and non-metallic C in Bi2WO6 with enhanced photocatalytic activity
摘要: One-step introduction of metallic Bi, non-metallic C into Bi2WO6 was successfully prepared via a facile hydrothermal synthetic route. The obtained materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), nitrogen absorption–desorption isotherms, photoluminescence spectroscopy, photocurrent responses, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR), UV–vis diffuse reflectance spectra (DRS). As a result, C/Bi codecorated Bi2WO6 shows profoundly photocatalytic activity in comparison with undoped Bi2WO6 for decomposition of various industrial pollutants, including phenol, ciprofloxacin, bisphenol A, rhodamine B, and methyl orange under visible light (λ ≥ 420 nm). The enhanced photocatalytic properties may be ascribed to the fact that the synergistic effects of the SPR effect of Bi metal and the hybrid orbital constructed by C doping not only enhance the absorption of visible light but also accelerate the separation and migration of photo-generated carriers. Moreover, on the basis of the radical species trapping experiments, EPR analyses, DRS technique and Mott–Schottky plots, we proposed a simple photocatalytic mechanism.
