UV light irradiated trifluoromethylation of diheteroaryl disulfides with CF3SO2Na
摘要: A simple protocol for the UV light irradiated preparation of heteroaryl trifluoromethyl thioethers from disulfides and inexpensive, environmentally sodium triflinate (CF3SO2Na) is been developed. The features of simple and clean reaction conditions, in moderate to good yields, and broad substrate scope render this new approach synthetically attractive for the preparation of potentially pharmaceutically active compounds.

Ketone derivatives as photoinitiators for both radical and cationic photopolymerizations under visible LED and application in 3D printing
摘要: Six ketones (abbreviated as ketones 1-6) varying by the substitution pattern of the central cyclohexanones and the choice of the peripheral groups (thiophene or furane) were synthesized and proposed as unprecedented visible light sensitive photoinitiators, in combination with an amine and an iodonium salt, for the free radical polymerization of acrylates upon LED irradiation at 405 nm. For the photopolymerization of acrylates carried out as thin samples in laminate, all these ketones showed high photoinitiating abilities. Conversely, when tested as photoinitiators for thick samples, compared to the other 4 ketones, ketone 3 and ketone 5 both based onpiperidin-4-one as the central core and comprising furanes as peripheral groups proved to be the most efficient photoinitiators. Notably, the highest final polymerization conversion of Ebecryl 40, a tetrafunctional polyether acrylate, could be obtained using these two photoinitiators. The high photoreactivity of ketone 3 was highlighted by the steady state photolysis experiments. Meanwhile, ketone 3 could also promote the cationic polymerization of epoxides upon LED irradiation at 405 nm, in the presence of an iodonium salt. Interestingly, some 3D patterns could also be fabricated by free radical polymerization of Ebecryl 40 while using the ketone 3-based photoinitiating system.

Blue LED-Promoted Oxathiacetalization of Aldehydes and Ketones
摘要: In synthetic chemistry, the protection of aldehydes and ketones is crucial during multistep synthesis of complex molecules. Organic chemists have paid substantial attention to the synthesis of 1,3-oxathiolanes and 1,3-oxathianes because of their considerable stability under acidic conditions and ease of removal of protecting groups. In this paper, we report the mild and efficient oxathiacetalization of aldehydes with 2-mercaptoethanol and 3-mercaptopropan-1-ol through visible-light-promoted eosin–Y catalyzed C–S and C–O bond formation at ambient temperature under metal-free conditions. This catalytic system also affords oxathiacetalization of ketones through photoredox catalysis.

Chemoselective photocatalytic oxidation of alcohols to aldehydes and ketones by nitromethane on titanium dioxide under violet 400 nm LED light irradiation
摘要: In this study, for the first time, nitroalkanes especially nitromethane, have been used as an electron acceptor for the highly chemoselective oxidation of alcohols in the presence of TiO2 photocatalyst under 400 nm LED irradiation. The reactions showed excellent selectivity for the production of aldehydes. Interestingly aldehydes such as benzaldehyde and p-methoxybenzaldehyde are stable in the reaction condition. In the case of the use of 2-nitropropane and 2-methyl-2- nitropropane, the product of imine, which is the result of the reaction of aldehyde with aliphatic amine, is also produced.

Plasmon‐Enhanced InGaZnO Ultraviolet Photodetectors Tuned by Ferroelectric HfZrO
摘要: Allene (C3H4) gas is produced and separated on million-metric-ton scale per year during petroleum refining but is rarely employed in organic synthesis. Meanwhile, the addition of an allyl group (C3H5) to ketones is among the most common and prototypical reactions in synthetic chemistry. Herein, we report that the combination of allene gas with inexpensive and environmentally benign hydrosilanes, such as PMHS, can serve as a replacement for stoichiometric quantities of allylmetal reagents, which are required in most enantioselective ketone allylation reactions. This process is catalyzed by copper salts and commercially available ligands, operates without specialized equipment or pressurization, and tolerates a broad range of functional groups. Furthermore, the exceptional chemoselectivity of this catalyst system enables industrially relevant C3 hydrocarbon mixtures of allene with methylacetylene and propylene to be applied directly.

Photopolymerization of acrylate resin and ceramic suspensions with benzylidene ketones under blue/green LED
摘要: Finding novel photoinitiators with photobleaching properties suitable for long-wavelength LED light sources is important for their potential use in the photocuring ceramic suspensions containing acrylate resin. Two D-π-A-π-D conjugated benzylidene ketones with visible light absorption (TPAK and CZK) were synthesized and evaluated as photoinitiators in the photocuring of acrylate resin and ceramic suspension under blue (460nm) / green (520nm) LED sources. Results showed that the two photoinitiators have high photoinitiating activity and can effectively produce thick-layer curing in acrylate resin and ceramic suspension due to their quick photobleaching properties under 460nm and 520nm LED light sources. The curing depth of the ceramic suspensions was measured as a function of the concentration of TPAK and CZK and the energy level of the LED light source. Jacob’s equation was used to determine the critical energy Ec and depth sensitivity Dp of every suspension with different concentrations of benzylidene ketones.

A wide bandgap conjugated polymer donor based on alkoxyl-fluorophenyl substituted benzodithiophene for high performance non-fullerene polymer solar cells
摘要: A highly enantioselective nucleophilic addition of ketones to imines catalyzed by chiral phase-transfer catalysts (N-quaternised cinchona alkaloid ammonium salts) has been developed, and the process affords the Mannich reaction products with tertiary stereocenters in good to high yields (up to 95%) with excellent enantioselectivities (up to 97% ee).

Synthesis and Application of Substituted-1,16-dihydroxytetraphenylenes in Catalytic Asymmetric Allylboration of Ketones
摘要: The synthesis and application of a newly designed C2-symmetric chiral substituted-1,16-dihedroxytetraphenylenes (DHTP) is reported. Efficient syntheses of enantiopure substituted-DHTP were accomplished, and these enantiopure compounds were used as organocatalysts in asymmetric allylboration of ketones under very mild conditions. Accordingly, several tertiary alcohols were generated in moderate to good yields with up to 99% ee by using the catalyst (S)-2,15-Br2-DHTP. A gram-scale reaction was achieved in 99% yield with 96% ee.
