ALD-deposited TiO2 ETLs significantly improve the reproducibility of PbS QD solar cells compared to SG-deposited TiO2, with PCEs in a narrow range (5.5-7.2%) and fewer short-circuited devices. ALD offers advantages in terms of lower deposition temperatures and better coverage of substrate features, making it a promising method for scalable production of QD solar cells.
