The HPLC-PR-C4D system was successfully developed for the determination of weak-UV-absorbing, non-fluorescence and nonpolar compounds, specifically CsA. The system is economical, convenient, and may be applied to other compounds. It has potential for use in pharmacokinetic studies involving humans.
