4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
All surgeries were performed under topical anesthesia. A standardized surgical protocol was followed, including the application of MMC and the use of a therapeutic soft contact lens postoperatively.
5:Data Analysis Methods:
Statistical analysis was performed with the 'Statview SE + Graphics' program. A decimal scale was used for visual acuity measurements and converted to LogMAR for statistical analysis. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to check normality of the distribution, and a factorial ANOVA test was used for analysis.
