研究目的
Investigating the effects of Er:YAG laser used in 'Nonthermal Mode' for skin rejuvenation compared to CO2 laser.
研究成果
The Er:YAG laser, when used in a nonthermal mode, offers a promising alternative to CO2 lasers for skin rejuvenation, with advantages including minimal thermal damage, shorter rehabilitation periods, and avoidance of skin scarring. However, challenges such as nonselective mechanical destruction and bleeding must be addressed. The method also shows potential for treating scars and trophic ulcers, known as 'RecoSMA' or Recovery by Spatial Modulate Ablation.
研究不足
The method has disadvantages such as nonselective mechanical destruction of skin components, including blood capillaries, which can cause bleeding and limit penetration depth. Additionally, the process can be harder to control due to the explosive nature of vaporization products evacuation.
