研究目的
Developing a highly efficient, scalable and low-cost enzyme-free sensing device, capable of detecting glucose from human body fluids (including blood) for comprehensive diabetes management.
研究成果
The CuO/LSG based electrodes show promising behavior for non-enzymatic glucose electrooxidation, even for real human body fluids such as whole blood, blood serum, sweat, and urine. The simplicity of direct laser writing, sun-light assisted CuO NPs deposition, and the viability of the device transfer to body attachable scotch tape strengthen the prospect of CuO(0.1)/LSG based devices for comprehensive personalized healthcare and clinical applications.
研究不足
The study focuses on non-enzymatic glucose detection and does not address the potential interference from other metabolites in body fluids. The device's performance under varying environmental conditions needs further investigation.
