A novel strategy for H2O2 detection was developed using CdSe@ZnS/AgNCs hybrid, showing good selectivity and sensitivity with a limit of detection of 0.3 mM. The strategy was successfully applied to detect H2O2 in milk samples, demonstrating its potential applicability in real sample analysis.

1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
The strategy involves the use of CdSe@ZnS QDs and AgNCs for H2O2 detection. The fluorescence quenching of CdSe@ZnS QDs by Ag+ released from the oxidation of AgNCs by H2O2 was utilized.

Instruments included a fluorescence spectrophotometer, UV-vis spectrophotometer, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR).

Synthesis of NAC-CdSe@ZnS QDs and AgNCs, fluorescence detection of CdSe@ZnS/AgNCs towards H2O2, and detection of H2O2 in milk samples.
