We demonstrated a 8-inch full color AM Mini-LEDs transparent display with IGZO TFT backplane, which exhibits high transmittance over 60%, and it achieved over 100% NTSC color gamut.

The fabrication was limited by the numbers of IC driving and the thickness of PCB. Moreover, it is impossible to achieve a transparent display in case of using PCB as a backplane.
