研究目的
To improve the photosynthetic action spectrum resemblance (SRPAS) of LED light with the absorption spectra of the fresh leaf for accelerating the growth of Chinese Cabbages.
研究成果
The BRY2 light with high SRPAS of 75% is more suitable for the growth of Chinese Cabbages, significantly improving growth parameters like fresh weight, dry weight, leaf area, and plant height. This approach opens a new avenue to design ideal LED lights for other plant growth.
研究不足
The study focuses on Chinese Cabbages and specific LED light spectra, which may not be directly applicable to other plants or light conditions. The calculation method of SRPAS may not be accurate enough for all scenarios.
1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
Eight spectral LED lights were designed to irradiate Chinese Cabbages under controlled conditions to study their growth effects.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources:
Chinese Cabbages seeds were sown and grown under different LED light treatments in a growth chamber.
3:List of Experimental Equipment and Materials:
LED lights with different spectral components, spectroradiometer system (HSP3000, Hongpu, China), UV-vis spectrometer (Agilent 8453, Agilent, USA).
4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
Chinese Cabbages were irradiated with eight light treatments with different emission spectra and harvested at 33 days after sowing. Growth parameters like leaf area, leaf number, plant height, stem diameter, fresh and dry weight were measured.
5:Data Analysis Methods:
The photosynthetic action spectrum resemblance (SRPAS) was calculated to evaluate the spectrum resemblance of the LED lights with the absorption spectra of Chinese Cabbages.
