To achieve the production of copper oxide nanoparticles in Double Distilled Water (DDW) by Nd:YAG laser ablation at different laser times and study the procedure of doping the prepared CuONPs in PEO/PVP by casting method in order to enhance the electrical characterization of PE/PVP blend.
