The study successfully fabricated high performing blue-light emitting PQD-LEDs based on PEACl modified CsPb(Cl/Br)3 QDs, achieving a maximal EQE of 2.15% and luminance of 620 cd/m2. This provides a new prospect for practical display applications.

1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
The PEA-CsPbCl3 QDs were synthesized by introducing PEACl in the conventional hot-injection synthesis process. The synthesis aimed to modify Cl vacancies and replace long-chain organic ligands with shorter PEACl chains.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources:
CsPbCl3 and PEA-CsPbCl3 QDs were synthesized and characterized. The emission was tuned by exchanging Cl- with Br- ions.

Chemicals included Cs2CO3, PbCl2, OLA, OA, ODE, PEACl, and others. Equipment included TEM, XRD, FTIR, XPS, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, and others.

The synthesis involved hot-injection method, anion exchange reaction, and purification. LEDs were fabricated using spin-coating and thermal evaporation.

Optical properties were analyzed using PLQY measurements, time-resolved PL spectra, and device performance was evaluated through EQE and luminance measurements.
