摘要: This research presents experimental set of distribution light. Light illuminance is displayed by LabView application. The set was tested by four types of lamp (CFL), incandescent, E27 LED (Light Emitting Diode), T8 tubular fluorescent (FL). The 3 types of luminaire are used for testing. They consisted of down light, high bay and fluorescent reflector. The black close room was 1.5x1.5x1.5 m in size. It was constructed by steel and plywood. The center floor of the room is installed by LDR (Light Dependent Resistor). It was used for measuring the illuminance. LabView application was applied to display value on computer screen. The stepping motor was installed to rotate the lamp. It was controlled by LabView through DAQ 6008 interface card. It was rotated from -90o to 90o. The control set consisted of interface card, motor drive and power supply. They were contained in the insulation box outside of the test room. From the experimental result, the LDR illuminance meter can measure illuminance with 4.52% average error. The light distribution curve from experiment set is correspondent with theory.

Translucent packed bed structures for high throughput photocatalytic reactors
摘要: Translucent photocatalytic reactor structures are investigated as a possible alternative to numbering up as a method for the scale-up of microreactors. The structure and the light source design is elaborated to introduce this concept. The light field was characterized using a ray tracing algorithm. A rectangular reactor made from glass was designed using borosilicate spheres small enough to create an array of interconnected microchannels in the reactor. It was found that ray tracing can be used as a proper tool to easily design multiple-LED light sources and predict respective irradiance patterns. The performance of the reactor was assessed using the apparent rate constant, the space-time yield and the photocatalytic space-time yield, a recently introduced performance parameter which takes into account the lamp power and the reactor productivity. The apparent rate constant of the reactor for an incoming irradiance of 191 W m?2 was found to be 0.82 min?1, which is, to our knowledge, in the range of microreactors and 1–2 orders of magnitude higher than any high throughput immobilized reactor in literature. With a photocatalytic space-time yield of 0.657 m3 day?1 m?3 reactor kW?1 our reactor was amongst the best reported performers in terms of productivity and energy efficiency. This performance is related to the high specific illuminated surface area of 4267 m2 m?3 and high catalyst load of 1.9 g L?1.

摘要: Electricity is an essential need for humans, specifically for the lighting function. Lighting is needed to aid humans visually perceive objects in areas that require lighting, both at night and during the day. At this day, there are two type of lamps that are extensively employed, paticularly the type of Light-Emitting Diode (LED) and Compact Fluorescent Lamp (CFL). The adoption of lights in an area takes a lot of energy, so it is particularly crucial to choose the appropriate type of lamp that is adequate to perform effectively and efficiently. To determine the light distribution of the two types of lights, it is crucial to investigate the distribution of light. The investigation was carried out by the direct measurement technique on 6 and 8 watt LED lamps, as well as on CFL lamps 11 and 14 watt using luxmeter in an area projecting 3x4 meters. The analysis range is varied in several horizontal and vertical points. From the assessment results it was noticed that the LED and CFL lamps the value of the light intensity reduces if the horizontal and vertical distance of the measurement point are far from the lamp. The ends of the light distribution mapping discovered that the light distribution on the LED lights is better indeed and brighter at each point. This is because all the electrons recombine with holes. Whereas in the CFL lamp there has been a filament heating and ionization between the electrons with argon gas and mercury vapor which generates another energy which is relatively large heat energy.

Yield and quality of lettuce in response to the plant position in photovoltaic greenhouse
摘要: In recent years there has been an increasing spread of photovoltaic greenhouses, especially in southern European countries, due to the higher incentives recognized to solar photovoltaic (PV) panels integrated on the greenhouse roofs and/or to local laws which limit the photovoltaic systems on the ground. To maximize the income from the production of electricity, often solar panels cover 50% or more of the roof, but the shading caused by these elements on the growing surface seriously limits the productivity and affects crop development. In order to assess the effects of the spatial distribution of the solar radiation inside these structures on yield and quality of leaf vegetable crops, the response of lettuce, grown in two cycles (autumn and winter-spring), in an east-west oriented photovoltaic greenhouse with the 50% of the roof covered by PV modules was analysed. The influence of span orientation, plant position (under plastic or PV roof) and cultivar were analysed as experimental treatments in a split-split plot design with two replications. Total and marketable yield of the lettuce heads and some quality parameters (dry matter and nitrate content) were evaluated. A significant variability of the total and marketable yield due to the plant position and as consequence to the solar radiation distribution inside the structure during the growing cycle was observed. Furthermore, ranges and variability of the nitrate content of lettuce (expressed as NO3 mg kg-1 of fresh weight) were affected by the plant position and harvest season. In order to maximize yield and quality of the crops, the arrangement of plant rows and transit areas, as well as the management of nutrition, should be optimized in relation to the shading caused by the PV roof during the growing cycle.

摘要: A methodology for iterative optimization of optical systems for street LED luminaires intended for roads designed according to luminance requirement is proposed in the paper. The methodology comprises the following stages: iterative change of the shape of secondary lens of a computer model of the optical system, photometric analysis using the Monte Carlo raytracing method of the modelled three- dimensional optical systems to calculate their photometric characteristics, optimal road lighting calculations with an optimum criterion – maximum luminaire spacing meeting the requirements of standard for the selected M6 lighting class of the road, through the analysis of which the optimal solution is found.

摘要: This contribution proposes a novel Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL)-simulation of the light distribution of matrix-headlights to reduce the duration and number of real night test drives. After calibration machine vision cameras measure and digitize the light distribution of the real matrix-headlight in the lab. The calibration process compares the light distribution measured by the camera with the absolute intensity-data from a goniophotometer. Minimizing the error determines the optimal transformation parameters. A virtual testing simulation visualizes the digitized light distribution under consideration of the actual driving dynamics. The HiL-simulation generates the control data for the real headlight. The evaluation of the approach uses a real matrix-headlight with 84 pixels and its measured intensity distribution as the reference. The system is real-time capable and the light distribution in the simulation matches the original headlight in intensity and color.

摘要: Light and lighting are the civilization choice of people. The accessibility of lighting has created conditions for unlimited practical use during the dark period of the day. Those circumstances have led to the disturbance of the natural alternation of light and dark period. Hence, the night is becoming a day. Contemporary lighting systems belong to the group of technical systems that bring certain harmful effects on the external and internal environment, respectively on people and the living nature. One of them is the result of the well-known light pollution. The development of the contemporary light-based techniques and technologies, in addition to the unconditionally beneficial consequences, has led to the violation of the reasonable normal and socially acceptable limits by the scattering of the artificial light and especially the uncontrolled overlit areas. This is also a “scatter” of electrical energy.
