研究目的
To provide a comprehensive overview of the state of the art and recent advances in the production of inkjet-printed metal halide perovskites (MHPs) for highly efficient and innovative optoelectronic devices.
研究成果
Inkjet-printing allows for selectively depositing MHP in a wide range of 2D and 3D structures forming a wide range of different crystal structures with defined electronic properties required for a range of electronic and optoelectronic applications. This ranges from printing nanocrystals from printed single droplets for light emitting devices to large area uniform and pinhole-free layers, utilized for photovoltaic devices.
