To propose a new pixel circuit for the realization of high resolution and high uniformity organic light-emitting diode on silicon (OLEDoS) microdisplays, mitigating the influence of threshold voltage variation of the driving transistor on display uniformity and extending the data voltage range.

The proposed pixel circuit provides wide data voltage range and high uniformity for OLEDoS microdisplay applications with high resolution. It reduces the influence of threshold voltage variation and increment of OLED turn-on voltage due to device aging, achieving high display uniformity.
研究不足
The COM signals vary among different rows and are applied to pixels row by row, requiring a more complicated decoder in the gate driver circuit. The layout area of the whole driving chip would also increase slightly compared to traditional designs.
