To propose a new real-time compensation method of threshold voltage (Vth) and mobility for large size AMOLED display named ‘linear charging sensing (LCS)’ to improve image sticking and luminance uniformity.

研究不足
The change of mobility (k) influences the accuracy of Vth sensing, and the capacitance coupling of switching TFT causes a certain error for Vth sensing. These factors require additional sensing and compensation steps to minimize errors.
