研究目的
To inform about the uncertainties of measurement of spectroradiometric systems with double monochromator and to analyze these uncertainties practically in a light laboratory.
研究成果
The study highlights the importance of understanding and calculating measurement uncertainties in spectroradiometric systems with double monochromators. It shows that uncertainties vary with wavelength and are higher in UV spectrum and around 770 nm due to low signal on the detector. The use of deuterium lamp for calibration can reduce uncertainties in UV spectrum. The research also simulates uncertainties of integral calculations like CCT, Ra, and trichromatic coordinates, finding higher uncertainties for light sources with higher correlated color temperature.
研究不足
High uncertainties in UV spectrum due to low signal on the detector, sensitivity to vibrations requiring anti-vibration laboratory table, and the need for recalibration of irradiance standards after 50 hours of use or one year.
